During the cold snap our spring broke and called late afternoon Monday and Tuesday we had a Technician onsite. Their Tech was prompt and most of all honest. He went through our options and made sure to let us know not all the suggestions were required. Our door was fixed for a reasonable price and will for sure them with anyother garage projects/issues.Thank you!!!

Wow - called at 9am and they were here by 1pm and fixed our door. The tech diagnosed the problem in less than a minute and had it fixed 20 minutes later. Super easy payment and invoicing - all electronic & I appreciate that. The service guy was super friendly and professional. They'll be our go-to garage door company going forward.

We used All American Door to install 2ct garage doors & new openers with woodgrain and windows. We just had them installed 1-13-25 and the crew was very professional. We very much like our new doors and the new openers that allow us to use our phones to open & close the new garage doors.

Excellent customer service. I submitted the online service request form on a Sunday afternoon and received a call a couple hours later to get a technician out the next day to service the door. Their technicians explain options and risks/rewards for repairs vs replacement without high-pressure upselling.

Technician was on time and very organized. The removal of the old door went well and all the old rails,springs,cables and door were disposed of in truck. The new door was professionally installed and looks great. The whole operation was a real class act.
