An unexpected garage door spring broke so I called All American door late afternoon on a Saturday and someone answered my call. They offered to schedule the repair on a Sunday however I had a conflict with my schedule that day so we set something up on Monday. Nate (Service Tech), did an incredible job on not only the work but explaining and pointing out some things that could have been future issues with our garage door. Nate was very personable, professional and informative. Our spring had broken in 2 places and the house is not even 5 years old, He explained how builders usually use cheap materials and their quality is not the best. The technician was able to arrive earlier then the time given, which was nice since our vehicle had been stuck in the garage since yesterday.Austin did a great job explaining what the problem was and gave me two options to fix it.I felt the price was fair and he got the door up and running quickly. My garage door was stuck half way open and wouldn't go up or down. I called All American Door Co. and they were the only company that had availability the same day. They were here 40 minutes after I called and got my garage door back up and running quickly with super friendly service! I would definitely recommend All American Door Co.
