I have called on my garage door openers 3 times in two months. When All American Door showed up, they finally were able to get our openers working. After looking at the openers it was determined we needed new openers. They were able to install the new openers same day. It feels good to have working openers again

Garage door was not opening. Found a broken garage door spring when I arrived on site. Once all parts were replaced the garage door had operated as it should.

Customer scheduled because the door was making really aggressive noise. When I got on site, I found the garage door to be extremely dry and binding up, which was causing excessive force readings on the opener. I recommended the tuneup for the customer and that did solve every issue. The customer had. When I was finished, the door had operated properly.

Service call was scheduled because the door was having issues opening. When I got on site, I found that the opener limits were no longer working, causing the door to close too hard and trying to force the door through the concrete creating damage to the door. This service call was turned into an estimate. A full door replacement was emailed over to the customer.

A service call was scheduled because the door was sitting crooked. The cable did have to get replaced due to kinking and memory. Door went crooked because the door was extremely dry and with a cold weather that we’ve been having the door was not running smooth like it should be. Once a tuneup was performed the door had operated flawlessly.

Customer called because they backed into the door, pushing the door out of the opening, causing it to get pinched within the opening itself. I was able to get the door unstuck denies to replace any parts, but did have to disable the door and left the customer with a section estimate and a new door estimatebecause of the brand of door may not be manufactured anymore. It is an older style door.

Customer called us out because their door was stopping halfway when opening. When I did get on site, it was operating normally as it should, but I was able to diagnose the issue as a bad limit switch on an opener that was already 16 years old out of a life expectancy of 15 to 20 years. I recommended replacement of the opener, customer authorized the replacement. Once I got the opener replaced, the door had opened and closed smoothly and quietly with the new openerthat was installed.

Customer had scheduled an appointment because their garage door was not opening, what’s the customer let me into the garage I was able to quickly observe that a spring was broken, Customer did say they do run their door about double what the expected cycle would be so I did recommend a higher cycle spring for this customer so he is not replacing his springs prematurely. Customer did move forward with a higher cycle spring as well as replacing rollers. Customer was pretty happy once I finished up with all the work because the door was running as if it was brand new.

Customer scheduled an appointment because her door was not opening. When I had arrived on site I did observe a damaged top section, once I got inside and did an inspection I did find that two sections were damaged, at that point I recommend recommended a new door estimate. The customer had an idea that was probably going to happen. I got all my measurements necessary. Went over options with the Customer four doors emailed over estimate she was curious about so she can make her decision

Garage door was only opening up 18 inches. During my inspection, I had noticed the forces on the opener were not set properly, and I also did run the door by hand noticing that the door did not balance out properly. Work to be performed was adding attention to the springs and making adjustments to opening forces on opener as well as the opening limits. Once work was performed, the door had operated properly going up and down smoothly without any issue
