Garage door, broken spring replacement

Garage door new door estimate. Necessary measurements were taking of opening, track system, existing door size. An estimate for full replacement was typed up and emailed over to the Customer.

Service call was scheduled because the door was backed into. When I got on site, I found that only minor repairs need to be done. Once rollers were replaced and cables were replaced the door had operated flawlessly.

Customer schedule because the door was not closing, when I got in site, I found a cable hat rusted out, causing the door to go crooked during operation, which is the opener sense and then reversed itself. Cables, bottom, brackets, and rollers were replaced once those parts were replaced, the door operated flawlessly.

Which that would explain excessive noise because the opener was lifting half the weight of the door from the top section putting excessive stress on all moving parts.
