A main spring broke on our garage door while we were out of town and my son was at home. The outside temperature was near -10, and Nick Daniels was able to service our door within a couple of hour of calling. He even noticed other potential issues and suggested fixing them, which we did, and are glad we listened to his advice. I would highly recommend All American Garage Door and Nick Daniels for any of your garage door servicing needs.

Broken garage door, spring replacement because one of the pair of springs broke, not allowing the opener to actually open the garage door due to excessive weight

Service call was scheduled because the cable would rest out and snapped. Did an inspection on both garage doors found cables rusting out on the other door as well. Replaced cables, rollers and bottom fixtures for both doors. Once work was completed doors had operated as they should.

Customer called because the door was stuck open, and they weren’t able to close the door with the garage door opener or even by hand. The issue was diagnosed as a broken cable that would cause the door to go crooked every time it attempted to close which the opener sensed and reversed itself. The cable rusted out bottom fixtures had to be replaced because of rust and the rollers had to be replaced because the door went crooked severely. Once all work was performed the door had operated like it was brand new. Flawlessly and quietly.

Customer call and schedule because her wireless device is stopped working. I diagnose the issue as a worn down logic board. Recommend a replacement of the opener. Customer authorize the opener replacement, once all the work was performed. The new opener had gone up and down and operated the door flawlessly.

Customer scheduled because a family member had hit the garage door with a vehicle. This turned into a new door estimate as well as a section estimate. All measurements of the door as well as the track were taken and an estimate was sent over for the customer for them to decide what they would like to do.
