The door was hit. The call was set for a repair versus replaced. Due to the extensive damage done to the section section estimate was typed up as well as measurements for the section and the new door to be replaced. An estimate was emailed over to the Customer.

Service call was scheduled because the door was having issues closing. When I got on site I found the door to be sitting crooked because a cable had rusted out and snapped. I replaced cables, rollers and bottom brackets, and that was able to level the door back out. Once everything was completed in the garage door operated properly.

Service call was scheduled because the door was not closing. I got on site. I found that a cable head rusted out because the bottom fixture that the cable appears to have rusted out and door was sitting decently crooked. Once cables, rollers and bottom fixture were replaced the door had operated flawlessly.

When I got on site did my inspection and notice the cable had rusted out because the bottom bracket that the cable attaches to had rusted out. Recommended replacement of cables and bottom brackets. Once all work was performed door had operated smoothly and in a level fashion.
