When I arrived on site, I found that Customer had a broken spring and that since the opener was not working, Customer had attempted to open it multiple times caused damage to the opener, which then needed to be replaced. Once the opener and springs were replaced, the garage door had operated flawlessly

When I got on site I found that new bottom section was severely rusted in that section was hit, I made the Customer options for either a bottom section replacement or a new door. customer decided on a new door so I grabbed all necessary measurements typed up an estimate and he mailed it over to him
