Customer called for his annual tuneup for doors that we had installed. That does include a rebalance of the door double checking work done on the door during install as well as making any necessary adjustments that are needed as things settled/break in, and to finish it off a lubrication is done.

Customer scheduled an appointment because he wanted an opener installed on his third stall garage door. I typed up several estimates for the customer went overall options, customer authorized our middle tier opener. Once the opener was installed, the door had opened flawlessly and smoothly with the new opener. Cables we’re also rusting out on his other garage door. I did recommend replacement of that which he did also want to get done to prevent the door from going crooked.

Customer called us out because their door was not opening, during my inspection. I found a spring that was broken. Typed up an estimate for the customer which the customer did decide to move forward with the spring replacement, once I got the departure placed in the door up and running, the door ran smoothly up and downwith no issue
