Mishaps happen at the most inconvenient times. We called American Door Co. on a Sunday. Our call was picked up right away, and Dusty was at our door within the hour. Dusty was very professional and offered us different price points to choose from. After he addressed the main problem, he brought to our attention other issues to be aware of. No pressure. Good information, and we were able to act on what we wanted done. We are extremely happy.

Quick and efficient! Had an issue over memorial day weekend and they slid us in Tuesday! In and out in 20 minutes and like new! Professional, pleasant and would work with again in a heartbeat! Briana also took our panicky call on a Sunday and scheduled us right then and there!

Sean let me know when was coming and arrived right on schedule. Although the door problem was minor, which he quickly fixed. He looked over the door and showed me some things that were showing wear. One he said did not need immediate attention the other would make the door opener work smoother. He was professional and pleasant. I would definitely recommend Sean at All American Door.
