Can't say enough good things about my experience, but here are a few; the technician arrived right on time (a few minutes early), he gave me a variety of options and prices, and when I did decide on which option I wanted, he had the garage door opener on hand and installed it. Quick, clean, efficient install. Despite this miserable heat and humidity in the small garage, he had a friendly, positive attitude the whole time.To say I am impressed would be an understatement.

Found other issues on the door as well. Replaced cables, bottom brackets, and the springs. The garage door operated as it should when finished.
