Service call was scheduled because the garage door was not opening, when I arrived on site, I found that the customer had two broken garage door springs. Cables were breaking, rollers were worn down in burning plates were locked up, and the opener mount had broken from the pressure of them, trying to lift the door with a broken spring while using the opener. Once all the parts were replaced, the garage door and opener had operated flawlessly.

Recommend recommended parts to be replaced was cables and bottom brackets, typed up multiple estimates for the customer. Once all work was performed the door had ran level and smoothly.

Customer tried multiple times to open the door unsuccessfully though once I got inside, I was able to diagnose the issue as a broken garage door spring. Recommended replacing both garage door springs, even though one was broken. Once all work was complete completed the door had opened up every time flawlessly.

Recommended parts to be replaced were cables, rollers bottom brackets, the vertical track was still in good condition. Typed up an estimate for the customer the customer did authorize with the part replacements. Once I got the door up and running, the door ran like it was brand new.
