Service call was scheduled because of a broken garage door spring, I confirmed the spring is broken. When I arrived on site once the garage door springs were replaced. Everything had operated as it should.

Customer called because their garage door opener would turn on, but the door was not moving, I was able to diagnose the issue as a broken gear on the garage door opener. Several estimates were typed up as per replacement of the opener as well as just a simple gear replacement. Customer authorize and garage door opener replacement. Once the new opener was installed, the garage door had operated smoothly, quietly, and efficiently.
