Can't say enough good things about my experience, but here are a few; the technician arrived right on time (a few minutes early), he gave me a variety of options and prices, and when I did decide on which option I wanted, he had the garage door opener on hand and installed it. Quick, clean, efficient install. Despite this miserable heat and humidity in the small garage, he had a friendly, positive attitude the whole time.To say I am impressed would be an understatement.

Dusty called about 30 minutes before arriving, gave me my options in a couple of different price points, and the was done so quickly I couldn't believe it. After the opener was installed, he pointed out some issues with my door that will need to be fixed or replaced, but it didn't feel at all like a hard sell. Really impressed!
