Left service call was scheduled because the open quit working, Customer will need a rebuild on the door and horizontal track replaced due to a crooked door, the cable had rusted out, causing the door to go crooked, the opener was damaged as well as the horizontal and vertical track were damaged. Rollers were damaged. Rollers, cables, bottom brackets, horizontally, vertical track were replaced. Once Work was completed the garage door operated as it should.

Call was scheduled because the door had a broken garage door frame. During my inspection, I found several other things wrong cables for rusting out track was rusting out sensor brackets for resting out typed up an estimate for the customer which is approved. Once all work was completed, the garage door had operated as it should.

Service call was scheduled because the opener chain was loose and an extra remote was needed. On inspection of the door I found other parts down. Customer authorized replacement of those parts. Once all work was completed the door had operated as it should.

I called to schedule the coupon offer for the $79 15pt garage door tune up deal. It says reg $149. I thought that was a good deal. The service tech Rory showed up the day after my original appointment because they over scheduled him and he was not able to make our appointment, which I left work early for. Upon arrival he inspected my garage and reviewed the plan of action, he also reviewed the costs. This is the part that upset me. They advertises a $79 tune up, what it does not tell you is that they are also going to charge you a $49.95 service call charge on top of the $79 deal! No were on the ad itself does it mention this charge, not even in the fine print. So, ultimately plan on paying $129. We called Sean, Rory’s manager and he confirmed this charge, I asked why it was not mentioned in the fine print, he said it should be implied and I should have asked about it. Wow, great customer service Sean! The only reason I gave them 2 stars was because Rory did a great job on the repairs which helped make up for his companies misleading practices. I would like to see that $49.99 charge refunded back under good faith. Your ads should be fixed so they are less deceptive.

Our advertising was not misleading as we have a Free Service call Coupon and a Tune Up coupon. It clearly says one coupon per customer and that coupons cannot be combined. So if you were going to use the coupon for a tune up than it stands to reason that the service call to come out is still in play. Keeping 7-8 service vans on the road 24/7 is not cheap. We must charge enough to stay in business...

Rob called about half an hour before he came and provided estimated arrival time. This was much appreciated. He also gave me a very good understanding of what was needed for repairs and accomplished the repairs quickly. He also gave me good tips for ongoing maintenance.
