Service call was scheduled because the garage door was making excessive noise, when I arrived on site, I found that the rollers were extremely worn. They did have a broken spring and cables and bottom brackets were rusting out. Typed up on an estimate for spring cables, rollers, and bottom fixtures. Once all parts were replaced, the garage door had operated flawlessly.

Customer scheduled because they wanted an estimate for a full door replacement. All necessary measurements were taken of the door size, opening, and track system. An estimate was typed up and sent over to the customer.

I also found that the gear had broken on the opener due to the excessive weight of the door when trying to open as well as the age of the opener here typed up an estimate to get what I saw that was either broken or more to be replaced once all work was performed. Garage door could operated flawlessly.
