Service call was scheduled because the door was hit. The damage was too extensive to be able to repair the garage door. A new door estimate was typed up and emailed over for a full door replacement.

Service call was scheduled because the cable had rested out. When I arrived on site, the door was sitting crooked. Bottom fixture was rusted rollers were extremely worn. The springs were already nine years of age with excessive cycling of the door so spring we’re not going to last much longer. Replace springs cables, rollers, bottom brackets, bottom seal, and exterior trim. Everything operated flawlessly.
