They still took coupons that were past due and installed quickly. The also took my old doors off carefully as I was selling them to someone else.

Awoke one morning to a broken spring on our garage door. Within an hour Jesse was at our house to explain the problem and propose the fix. Jesse really took the time to explain what the prior issue was (too small of springs for the weight of our door) and then explained what he was going to do for repair. He worked quickly and efficiently and gave our door a full overall check-up taking the time to oil and grease everything as well as tighten loose bolts and replace a cracked angle mount. Very happy with the service and results!
