Door was not opening with opener, got on site found a broken garage door spring. I want both garage floor springs were replaced. The garage door had operated as it should.

Service call was because the door was reversing every time it touched the ground sensors were misaligned. Didn’t inspection found cables and bottom fixtures rusting out rollers were also rusting out. The door was binding up. A tuneup and replacement of rollers, cables and bottom fixtures were done, and the door now runs and operates flawlessly hey Siri.

Service call was scheduled because the door was not sealing properly. When I got on site, I found that the bottom seal was torn up and ripping away from the door. Customer said the door goes brown. This last winter, once I got the seal replaced with polar seal. Customer was extremely happy and they were operated flawlessly.

Service call was scheduled because of a broken garage door spring. The once the spring was replaced, the garage door had operated flawlessly.

Service call was scheduled because the garage door was sounding loud, when I arrived on site, I found it was because the door was rubbing on the track system, one of the cables was breaking apart, which wasn’t turned, causing the door to run crooked and also allowing the door to rub on track, creating a lot of noise. Once cables and bottom fixtures were replaced and everything was reset the door had operated flawlessly.

Call Ski service call was scheduled because the garage door had a rusted out cable and it had snapped. When I got on site, I found the door to be extremely crooked track was severely bent. Rollers were pinched. Tables, rollers, bottom, brackets, hand, vertical track were replaced, springs were getting to the end of their life cycle so I could also recommend replacement of that too. Everything operated flawlessly when work was complete completed.

Service call was scheduled because the garage door opener was non-operational. I got on site and found that the gear kit was broken and I also found that the opener was well beyond 20 years of expected life cycle. I recommended replacement but did give the option for a gear replacement. Customer decided on replacing the opener. Once everything was replaced, the garage door had operated flawlessly.

When I arrived on site, I found that the garage door had a broken spring and that the excessive weight that comes from a broken garage door spring had also damaged the opener. Once both garage door springs and the garage door opener were replaced everything had operated flawlessly

Garage door spring broke leaving me with two cars held hostage in the garage. Contracted with one garage door company who missed their appointment without a call and missed the reschedule as well. After a fair amount of looking i finally decided to give All American Garage a chance and i am very glad i did. They were courteous, and understood my situation (without transportation) and were able to schedule a repair within 3 hours. The repair person, Dusty, was personable, credibly honest, and gave me an estimate and itemization of costs prior to repair implementation. The repairs were accomplished quickly, and after the repairs, the service person checked out all other aspects of door operation and made repairs as required. A quality job accomplished by a knowledgeable and congenial serviceman, Dusty. Recommend All American Garage without reservation….i was very pleased with their service. Thomas Vogel
