Customer schedule a service call because of a broken garage door spring, when I got on site I had done a full inspection of the door and found a lot of worn parts as well as a severely rusted bottom section. Went over all options with the customer repair versus replace the customer decided that replacing the full door was in there better interest. So I grabbed necessary measurements for the door and all of the tracking and sent over an estimate.
Service call was scheduled because the top section had cracked and the windows had broken, when I got on site, I found the damage was not repairable so I grabbed necessary measurements of framing, door, size, and the tracking system and emailed over an estimate for a garage door replacement
Service call is scheduled because the garage door spring is broken. Two single stall doors. The other garage door did get identical usage as the customer preemptively had to replace the spring on that as well. Once pulled springs were replaced the garage door can operated flawlessly

When I got on site I found that new bottom section was severely rusted in that section was hit, I made the Customer options for either a bottom section replacement or a new door. customer decided on a new door so I grabbed all necessary measurements typed up an estimate and he mailed it over to him

Customer tried to fix himself and realized that he had purchased and installed the wrong garage door springs which is why he scheduled a service call. Arrived on site found the springs were wrong and recommended the proper spring. Replace spring garage door operated flawlessly.

One door needed a strut for the top section because the top section was Boeing and starting to crack because the opener is fixed and pull from that section. The other door did have a broken garage door spring. Replace both springs and added a strut on that other door. Both garage doors and operated flawlessly

Due to improper install from a previous company, a rebuild is necessary to get everything back level and in working order. Once all the work was performed and the garage door tracking system was rebuilt. Both doors had operated and functioned properly.

That was because the bottom fixture had rusted out, it destroyed the rollers, and bearing plates were extremely worn. Once all of those parts were replaced, the door had operated flawlessly.

When I got on site, I diagnose the issue as a broken garage door spring, once I replace the garage door springs I went to operate the garage door with the garage door opener and found that the opener was damaged now so I ended up having to replace the garage door opener. Once those were replaced the garage doors that operated flawlessly
Service was scheduled because the garage doors needed to be looked at. Found a lot of questionable things. But the tuneup were performed and the doors had sounded great. Customer will call to address damaged or rusted parts later on this year.
Service call was scheduled because the cable had dumped on one of the garage doors., Everything looks fine on the cable in the door so all I had to do is repo up the cable. Door had operated flawlessly when I was finished.

The door wasn’t even crooked, but it was missing three rollers and was unable to find them. Got the door back in track. Replaced the rollers. The garage door hit operated flawlessly.
Customer’s belt broke on his opener. That was from 1994. Suggested full replacement. Once the opener was replaced, the garage door and opener had operated flawlessly.
