Impressed that I was able to schedule Friday evening around 7-8 P.M. and told a repairman would be by between 9-12 A.M the next day ( Saturday). Dusty the repairman was awesome and early as he showed up slightly before 9 A.M. He went over my options and gave me a very reasonable price quote. I told him if he needed any help from me to knock on the door. I hear a knock about a half an hour later thinking he could use my help lifting the door or something but instead he said he was done. The man is a wizard. He had to replace a couple brackets on the door, reconnect and rewind the steel cables on both sides, realign the track and replace a few rollers and then properly lube the rollers. Anyway, if Dusty is a "typical" repairman at All American, they have a wonderful staff. Thanks again for providing customer service at a level I haven't experienced in quite some time. It's a breath of fresh air as most customer service has become a joke these days. All America exceeded my expectations on customer service, honesty, knowledge and cost.
Dusty was very helpful and were very pleased with the service he provided. He arrived on time; he showed me the problem and gave me advice on the options to repair the issue. He did not try to sell us things that we did not need but he provided us with information on the options available for when we wanted to upgrade or replace our current door. I would highly recommend him and the American Garage Door Co to anyone who has a problem with a garage door.

Dusty explained what needed to be repaired and the cost of the repair. He also suggested future maintenance that could be done on an annual basis to preserve the door and its operations. He was very thorough, efficient and professional. Dusty arrived and completed the job in a very timely manner.

I called on a Sunday afternoon at 3pm with a garage door that broke suddenly and would no longer close. All American was out to my house within just a few hours and worked through the cold and dark to get everything back up and running. Pricing was very clear and easy to understand and I was given options on which parts I would like to go with, from basic to upgraded. I was in control of the total price of the project. I would recommend All-American to anyone in need of garage door repair or replacement.

Hello, Dusty texted and called prior to arrival to let me know what time he would be here. He was very fast, friendly and explained everything in very good detail as to what he was replacing and how much it would cost.

Dusty was very honest on what I need to get my garage door going again. He gave recommendations of what he think needs or don't need immediate replacing and presented me the costs for it all. He even knocked off a few bucks from labor as there weren't any complications on the job.

Dusty has great customer relations skills and got our old garage door running. So close to the Holiday when our door crashed, we hadn't got all the dinner fixings for the feast. Several garage door companies we called could not get to it before it would be too late to free both our cars from the garage. MacDonalds for Thanksgiving dinner? (Pricing seemed the same as our longtime vendor. It costs a lot to do this work.)
