Service call was scheduled because the door was hit. The damage was too extensive to be able to repair the garage door. A new door estimate was typed up and emailed over for a full door replacement.
Garage door was not opening or closing properly when I got on site I found a broken garage door spring, once the garage door springs were replaced. Everything had operated flawlessly.
Service call was scheduled because the door was not opening when I arrived on site. I found a broken garage door spring also found rollers were extremely worn down and they were plastic. Customer replace springs and rollers and the door operated as it showed when completed.

When I arrived on site I found a cable it snapped door was sitting decently crooked, which did damage roller bearings, vertical track with salvageable cables, rollers bottom fixers were replaced, and then I did have to resecure the center bearing plate and replace the spring pad

During my inspection, I found several other things wrong cables for rusting out track was rusting out sensor brackets for resting out typed up an estimate for the customer which is approved. Service call was scheduled because the garage door garage door needed to be re-centered and it was not ceiling properly. PVC trim was replaced to better seal the door. Also, the door was shifted back to center and a spacer was added.
