Service call was scheduled because the garage door was not opening. When I arrived on site, I had found a broken garage door spring. Once both springs were replaced, the garage door had operated flawlessly.
Service call was scheduled because the garage door was sounding loud, when I arrived on site, I found it was because the door was rubbing on the track system, one of the cables was breaking apart, which wasn’t turned, causing the door to run crooked and also allowing the door to rub on track, creating a lot of noise. Once cables and bottom fixtures were replaced and everything was reset the door had operated flawlessly.
Annual tuneup for a garage door that we had installed. Went over everything lubricated. Everything had attention to the spring to better balance the door, everything operated flawlessly once I was done.
Service call was scheduled because the garage door had a broken gear at the opener. Looked over everything else on the garage doors and had found that cables were starting to get wavy and also had found that rollers were original. Replaced both openers and cables and rollers on both doors today. Everything operated.
A new door estimate was scheduled to gather measurements of the door size, the existing opening, and the track system. Once all measurements were taken in estimate was typed up for the customers choice door and it was sent over.

So a torsion conversion was completed as well as rollers and bottom fixtures. The door had performed flawlessly once everything was done.
Call Ski service call was scheduled because the garage door had a rusted out cable and it had snapped. When I got on site, I found the door to be extremely crooked track was severely bent. Rollers were pinched. Tables, rollers, bottom, brackets, hand, vertical track were replaced, springs were getting to the end of their life cycle so I could also recommend replacement of that too. Everything operated flawlessly when work was complete completed.

The customer did agree so I grabbed all the necessary measurements and sent an estimate for a full door replacement to the customer.

I got on site and found that the gear kit was broken and I also found that the opener was well beyond 20 years of expected life cycle. I recommended replacement but did give the option for a gear replacement. Customer decided on replacing the opener. Once everything was replaced, the garage door had operated flawlessly.

I had secured the door down on the ground and had an estimate typed up for the customer to consider a replacement.

Once both garage door springs and the garage door opener were replaced everything had operated flawlessly

Service call was scheduled because of a broken spring, when I arrived on site, I found three sections out of the four with extreme damage. I suggest that a full door replacement. The customer decided to move forward with it, an estimate was typed up and sent over to the customer
Service call was scheduled as a repair versus replaced, when I arrive on site, I found that the garage door was hit by a vehicle and that the damage was too extensive to repair. An estimate for a full replacement was typed up and emailed over to the customer.
Service call was scheduled because the door was having issues closing. When I got on site I found the door to be sitting crooked because a cable had rusted out and snapped. I replaced cables, rollers and bottom brackets, and that was able to level the door back out. Once everything was completed in the garage door operated properly.
Customer scheduled because the door was making really aggressive noise. When I got on site, I found the garage door to be extremely dry and binding up, which was causing excessive force readings on the opener. I recommended the tuneup for the customer and that did solve every issue. The customer had. When I was finished, the door had operated properly.
Service call was scheduled because of the garage door had a broken spring., I went and did a full inspection of the garage door, and the system found end bearing plates were seized on two out of the three garage doors, recommended replacement of all the parts. Once all the parts were replaced, the garage doors had operated flawlessly.

When I got on site I found that the rollers were also pretty worn down and I did confirm the broken spring. Once the springs and rollers were replaced the door had operated flawlessly.
