Service call was scheduled because the door was hit. No damage is done to the door, all I did was put a roller back in the truck operating the door and everything function properly.
Door was not opening with opener, confirmed there was a broken garage door, spring found tables bottom, brackets, and rollers, worn down and extremely rusted. Once all parts were replaced, the door had operated flawlessly.
Service call was scheduled because the door was not sealing properly, I found the bottom seal and the PVC weatherstripping to be extremely broken and worn down found cables, bottom brackets, and rollers rusted out as well. Once all parts were replaced everything operated as it should.
Service call was scheduled because of a broken garage door spring. The door was not operational and going up and down, when I got on site, I confirmed the spring was broken. Found other issues on the door as well. Replaced cables, bottom brackets, and the springs. The garage door operated as it should when finished.

When I arrived on site, I found that Customer had a broken spring and that since the opener was not working, Customer had attempted to open it multiple times caused damage to the opener, which then needed to be replaced. Service call was scheduled because of spring broke on the garage door, inspection found cables were rusting. Rollers were worn down. Majority of the parts were original to the door, which was already 15 years old. Once all parts were replaced the garage door operated flawlessly
