Service call was scheduled because the spring on the garage door had broken. Once I got on site, I had replaced both garage door springs. Once I was done, the door operated flawlessly.
Customer called because of spring was broken on the garage door. Came out replaced both garage door springs the door had operated flawlessly.
New door estimate was scheduled for a replacement. All necessary measurements were taken and estimate was typed up and sent to the customer.
Service call was scheduled because the door was not opening, when I arrived on site, I found two broken springs. I also did find cables that were breaking apart, bolt springs, and both cables were replaced. Once all work was finished, the garage door had operated flawless

The damage was too great so the service call was transitioned to an on-site estimate for a replacement. I grabbed all necessary measurements and typed up an estimate and sent it over to the customer.

She’s opening, when I got on site, I found a broken spring, the button was pushed so many times since the garage door had a broken spring. It did damage the opener. And the cables were also damaged. There is no warning or sign. They just break. I did find rollers that were worn down cables in bottom bracket for rusted out as well.
