Customer called because the door was sitting crooked. Once I arrived on site I was able to figure out the issue which was a rusted out cable. The cable rusted out because the bottom fixture had rusted out and because of how crooked the door was I also recommended a roller replacement. Customer authorize the estimate that was typed up. Once all work was completed the door was operational. It ran smoothly and flawlessly.
Customer scheduled an appointment because they heard hopping as the door was opening. When I arrived on site, the issue was diagnosed as a broken spring. Recommended part replacement for two springs because of the broken spring. Once all work was performed the garage door had opened smoothly and flawlessly.
Customer scheduled a tuneup with us because your door was making a lot of extra noise, when I had gotten on the site I had found a broken garage door spring was the cause of the excessive noise due to the opener having to lift approximately half the way to the door. I also did find cables, rusting out and bottom, brackets rusting out and roller bearings were extremely worn typed up an estimate for the customer. Once all work was completed. The door had ran smoothly, efficiently, and quietly.
Customer called because their door was stuck halfway open. During my inspection I had found that the cable had rusted out causing extensive damage to not only the parts but also the garage door. It was recommended that the door get replaced, an estimate for a new garage door was typed up. The customer authorized the replacement. We were able to get them on the schedule for the date that was selected.

Customer called because their remotes had stopped working as well as their keypad. I was able to diagnose the issue as a bad logic cord within the unit recommended replacing the opener because the opener was already 21 years old. Customer decided on a new opener install. Once the opener was installed all remotes and wireless device devices had worked flawlessly and the door had opening and closed smoothie
An appointment was scheduled because the customers door was not opening which the customer did diagnose as a broken spring. When I got on site, I did confirm that the spring is broken. Did my inspection phone worn down and bearing plates as well as worn down rollers recommend recommended all replacements to the customer. Once all work was completed the door had operated smoothly like it was brand new.
Customer had called and scheduled an appointment because she was having issues closing her door. During my inspection I had found that she had two cracked sections. At that point, Customer was given the option for a door replacement or a temporary fix that will let the door last a little while longer before the need to replace it, Customer decided to move forward with our new door estimate itself, door is ordered. Customer got scheduled so all worked can be done when we get the door shipped.
Customer called because their garage door was struggling to open with the opener. During my inspection of the garage door and all moving parts, I had found a broken spring. Recommended replacement for the broken spring, once all work was performed. The garage door had operated smoothly quietly and efficiently.

When I got on site did my inspection and notice the cable had rusted out because the bottom bracket that the cable attaches to had rusted out. Recommended replacement of cables and bottom brackets. Once all work was performed door had operated smoothly and in a level fashion.
Customer called because the garage door was not opening for them when they would push the button for the opener. During my diagnosis I did find that a spring was broken and that because of the type of spring system that was in there a torsion conversion/counterbalance rebuild did have to be done. Once all work was completed on both doors the door had operated smoothly and quiet.
Customer scheduled an appointment because their door was not wanting to close for them and the bottom section was not sitting in the track. During my inspection I did notice the cable did dump and that is because the door had frozen to the ground. They had forced it up and then they attempted to close it down completely causing rollers to pop out of the track and the door to pinch wheels and destroy roller bearings. Once the cable is resealed and rollers were replaced the door had operated smoothly and quietly.
Customer scheduled an appointment because their door was not opening for them. I’m doing my inspection. I had not only found a broken spring but also rusting cables, rusting bottom fixtures and the rollers were extremely worn out. Customer authorize replacement of all broken/warn parts. Once the broken springs were replaced, the rusted rollers, rusted cables rusted bottom brackets were replaced. The door had operated quietly smooth smoothly and efficiently.
Customer scheduled an appointment because the chain on their opener was extremely loose and sagging, the reason being is because the gear was failing. Typed up an estimate for a gear replacement on the opener. Once the gear for the opener was replaced the opener had operated smoothly and efficiently every time

Typed up an estimate for the Customer replace the broken spring once the work was completed, the door had ran and operated smoothly and efficiently.

During my inspection, I had found the cause of both issues as well as other parts that didn’t need to be replaced. Touched up an estimate for the customer. Once all repairs were done, the door had operated smoothly and efficiently.

Customer scheduled an appointment because he was having opener issues that were intermittent. When I arrived on site, the opener did act up a few times for me. I was able to pinpoint that it was either going to be a logic board or a limit switch. But unfortunately, due to the edge of the opener the only thing I would be able to do for the Customer is replace the opener. I typed up a few estimates for options for the customer. The customer and his wife authorized one of the estimates which I was able to start working on when on site. Once all of the parts and opener was replaced, everything had operated extremely smoothly and efficiently.

Upon further inspection, I actually found that the cable had rusted out. Parts to be replaced were cables, bottom fixtures, and rollers all because of rust.And operated as a ship.

Got my necessary measurements of the door the opening and all the track and estimate was sent over for a door replacement for the customer.

Recommended the customer replacing the cables and the bottom fixtures because of the rust. Once I’ll work on, perform the door and operated in a smooth fashion and level.
